1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MICA, a service provided by PEBLE SA ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MICA is a B2B SaaS platform that monitors companies and delivers actionable business signals including hiring, funding, partnerships, certifications, product launches, expansions, and acquisitions. The service uses AI-powered analysis to detect and score relevant business events.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Subscription Plans

All plans include unlimited users.

Free Plan

• Track up to 3 companies
• Daily AI-powered scanning
• Email digest notifications
• 30-day trial period

Pro Plan (€39/month)

• Track up to 30 companies
• DeepSearch for executive hires
• Advanced AI-powered scoring
• Priority support
• 7-day free trial

Business Plan (€49/month)

• Track up to 100 companies
• DeepSearch for executive hires
• Advanced AI-powered scoring
• Priority support
• 7-day free trial

5. Payment Terms

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The MICA service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PEBLE SA and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of MICA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MICA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the business signals we provide. The information should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEBLE SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MICA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MICA at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of MICA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
